Project Description

Hawthorn Business Park is designed for a variety of business uses.  Owners will enjoy all the benefits of Real Estate ownership without the hassles of property maintenance; much like residential condominiums.  An owners association has been formed to handle the management of the Business Park.  Each owner will be able to have their property built out to their specifications.

Construction

The buildings are concrete construction.  All buildings will have new roofs and will be freshly painted.  Office space will be built out in typical office style with open ceilings or dropped ceilings.

Owners will enjoy assigned parking spaces for each unit plus common area parking for customers and visitors.

Space Plans

Some units are designed for 100% office space, some units are mostly warehouse space.  Most units have loading doors.  Many of the units have distributed power, office space, and restrooms.

Improvement Allowance

Each unit comes with an improvement allowance which will be credited to the buyer at closing.  Buyers can pick their own contractors to complete interior improvements.
